The Hall

History

The Renaissance at Kelham Hall was built by the famous Victorian architect Sir George Gilbert Scott after the second Hall was destroyed by fire in 1857. Scott later reused many of the design elements to create the famous facade of the Midland Hotel in London (now the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel).

``The most amazing wedding venue & staff were incredibly helpful. We had our Hindu ceremony for 200 guests followed by our reception for 300 guests in the Great Hall which is gorgeous! I cannot recommend the venue enough since it has been taken over by new owners! Absolutely beautiful!``
