9:00 – 9:45 – Arrival & Welcome: Arrive and settle in with tea, coffee, pastries and fresh fruit.

10:00 – 10:45 – Session 1 - Pilates for Core Strength and Flexibility: Join our expert instructor, Lorna Marie, for a Pilates session focused on building core strength and enhancing flexibility.

11:00 – 11:45 – Mid-Morning Refreshment: Mid-Morning Tea & Coffee

11:45 – 12:30 – Session 2 – Yoga for Balance and Relaxation: Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating yoga session aimed at restoring balance and promoting relaxation.

12:30 – 13:30 – Nourishing Lunch: Enjoy a delicious and nourishing lunch spread featuring a variety of wraps, salads, and desserts.

13:45 – 14:30 – Workshop: β€œInjury Prevention & Self-Care” Workshop by PhysioNeeds. Learn essential techniques for injury prevention and caring for your body from a professional physiotherapist. Discover practical strategies to maintain optimal physical wellness.

14:45 – 15:30 – Session 3 – Breathwork, Yoga & Meditation for Mindfulness: Engage in a transformative session combining breathwork, yoga, and meditation to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.

15:45 – 16:30 – Afternoon Indulgence & Conclusion: Indulge in afternoon tea accompanied by a selection of cakes as we conclude our wellness journey together.
