Last Friday, the Great Hall was filled with the energy of 317 ‘Dancing Queens’ for a memorable evening of ABBA music. Our ABBA Tribute Night guests were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and seated for a three-course meal curated by our Executive Chef, Dan Sung. The menu included a carrot and fresh coriander soup, smoked salmon salad and ham hock terrine to start, followed by a choice of French trimmed chicken breast, salmon fillet or mushroom and spinach pithivier as a main course, and finally, guests indulged in a selection of sticky toffee pudding, lemon posset tart or rich chocolate brownie for dessert.
