This year marked a major milestone for the Elior Awards for Excellence — celebrating 20 years of recognising outstanding individuals and teams across their organisation. We were proud to be chosen as the host venue for such a prestigious and inspiring event, held here at The Renaissance at Kelham Hall.
With exclusive use of our historic venue and onsite kitchens, the event brought together over 200 guests for a full day of inspiration, innovation, and celebration.
The day began with breakfast and registration before guests gathered in the Great Hall for a reflective look back on 20 years of Elior’s journey. Speakers included The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, sharing vital insights, and Sue Perkins, with a keynote on resilience and humour in the face of challenges.
Our Marquee, was transformed into a vibrant market-style setting as finalists served up stunning small plates around the theme of Modern British cuisine. Guests sampled and voted for their favourites, creating an engaging and interactive dining experience.
The awards ceremony took place within the Great Hall, honouring excellence across every level of Elior. Guests then gathered in the Carriage Court for celebratory drinks, where a bespoke photo booth added a personal touch to the evening’s memories.
