We were delighted to welcome H and H Classics to The Renaissance at Kelham Hall for a fantastic day filled with sunshine, excitement and an impressive display of vintage motorcars and motorcycles. It was a truly special event that brought guests, collectors, and enthusiasts together in the most beautiful setting.

H and H Classics, established in 1993, is one of the most respected names in the world of historic vehicle auctions, trusted by more than seventy-five thousand clients worldwide. As the longest established auction house of its kind in Europe, it was a pleasure to host such a well-known organisation and to see their community gather here at Kelham Hall.
The weather could not have been better. The sunken lawn was dotted with deck chairs, and the gardens were full of colour and life. Guests enjoyed relaxing outdoors while admiring a wonderful line up of classic and vintage vehicles that looked right at home against the backdrop of our nineteenth century estate.
Food and refreshments added to the cheerful atmosphere throughout the day. Outside, the wood fired pizza oven proved incredibly popular, filling the air with the aroma of freshly baked pizza. An ice cream van brought a nostalgic touch, perfect for the warm weather. Indoors, our dining room served traditional fish and chips, giving guests the chance to enjoy a comforting favourite while they took a short break from the activity outside.
The main auction took place inside the Great Hall, which provided a grand and atmospheric setting for the bidding. Guests gathered to watch the excitement unfold as each vehicle was presented. With people bidding in person and online, the energy in the room was lively and enthusiastic. Entry was free for attendees with a catalogue, and it was wonderful to see so many people enjoying the experience.
The whole day had a relaxed and joyful feel, with families, collectors and visitors sharing their passion for classic vehicles. It was a pleasure to see the estate so full of conversation, smiles, and admiration for the incredible craftsmanship on display.
