Plan Your Wedding From Start to Finish

On Sunday, July 17th, the beautiful woodland trail in the grounds at The Renaissance at Kelham Hall will be open for Quids for Kids Event sponsored walk.

The entry fee is £2.50 per child (under 12’s) and we will be encouraging everyone that takes part to get sponsored with a target of £22.

You can choose to walk the 2.2KM route once, twice or 3 times, strolling through tree tunnels with views of the Victorian country house set in 44 acres of idyllic parkland beside the River Trent. The whole family can take part as the walk suits all ages and abilities and dogs are also welcome on a lead.

And that’s not all!! To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee there will be lots of royal related items to spot along the trail, with a small gift for the children that find all the clues and solve the puzzle.

Proceeds from the Old Skool Sports Day element will be split between the Children’s Bereavement Centre and Newark Round Table.

The Children’s Bereavement Centre is a small charity and we provide support to young people to cope with the grieving process brought on by the death of someone close. Our services are in higher demand than ever, and we need to fundraise to continue to provide this free support service to children across Nottinghamshire. The centre is open to children ages 3-18 and we offer help and guidance to families at one of the most devastating times of their lives. We need to fundraise 96% of the income per year so events like this are so important.
