As the guests made their way to their tables, they were met with stunning decorations including flowers, traditional statues, blossom trees and folding fans. The décor helped to transport them to another land, immersing the guests within the Thai culture before the feast even began.
The menu was designed by Executive Chef Dan Sung, to give the true taste of Thai cuisine.
To start guests enjoyed Chic Tom Kha Gai Soup, Beef Satay, and handmade Vegetable Spring Rolls. For mains, guests sampled a range of dishes including, Thai Green Curry, Stir-Fry Prawns and Mixed Thai Vegetables. The Pad Thai and Jasmine Steamed Rice made the perfect accompaniment, helping to round out the main course.
To finish the night, guests were treated to a selection of mouth-watering desserts, including Banana Pancakes, Lychee with Ice Cream, and an Exotic Fruit Salad, offering a perfect end to a satisfying taster banquet.
